In order to honor the high-achieving students, and motivate all the students to work hard and form a good learning atmosphere. At 19:30 on the evening of March 20, the student affairs conference and scholarship awards ceremony of An De College was held in the Zige Grand Hall.
Honorable guests included Wang Shusheng, Vice President of Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology and Dean of An De College, Xiong Zhongming, Executive Dean of An De College, and other officials from XAUAT as well as the 2018 postgraduate students, and the undergraduate students of 2017 and 2018. The ceremony was hosted by Sun Lingtong, director of the Student Affairs Office of An De College.
The conference kicked off in the majestic national anthem. First of all, Liu Yanzheng sums up the work of the students affairs of An De College in 2018. Since the establishment of An De College in May 2017, the working mechanisms for the continuous development have been actively explored to build a good educational environment. Initiatives such as "Three Tutors" and "Three Lectures" and "Three Festivals" have all achieved remarkable results. In addition, Liu Yanzheng is grateful for the guidance of the university and the strong support of all departments, the hard work of all the teachers, and the hard work of the students cadres and the students.
Afterwards, Xiong Zhongming, Executive Dean of the Ande College, read the commendation decision. Wang Shusheng, Vice-president and other officials presented the awards to the honored students of the night.

First, he expresses his affirmation to the efforts of the students and the hard work of the teachers. He also has high hopes for the students : they should achieve more concerning the morality-building, and they must elevate their own studies, and finally they should strive for comprehensive development.
The conference ends in the school anthem. The conference enhances the students' enthusiasm and confidence in learning, and motivates the commended students to cherish the honor and drive more students to study hard.
